Warranty and Retunrs or Refunds

All items (excluding light bars and items listed in the clearance corner) are covered with a limited 30 day returns policy.
 
All light bars are covered with a limited 3 month warranty.
 
Any faulty item or product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
 
To return a product please email sales@epicstore.com.au with order number and description of the fault. ALL receipts must be presented for refunds, returns or warranty.
 
The limited warranty will not cover: 

  • Incorrect use or incorrect installation of an item or product
  • Incorrect handling of item or product
  • Mistreatment of item or product

Should you require a return on a faulty product, you can return for a replacement or refund in the form of a store credit. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refund due to change of mind. All refunds are issued in the form of a store credit excluding the cost of postage. Any return or refund on a faulty item may require photographic verification of fault or damage or return of product(s)


All stock in the clearance corner is limited. Items in this category are end of line products or factory seconds. (End of Line products are discontinued and will offer no support from manufacturer or Epic. Store itself )
All Items in the clearance corner are sold as is and come with a NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE policy. Any items purchased from this category means you are agreeing to terms and conditions listed above.

Damaged Shipments

Epic. Store will do its best to ensure suitable packaging and protection is provided for each shipment. Please notify Epic. Store immediately of any faulty or damaged goods. Due to the nature of postal services Epic. Store cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged goods during transit. However in the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged you will need to lodge a claim via AusPost.

Please note insufficient supporting information will result in the inability to open a claim.

Please note that this warranty applies to orders made online only and the postage on your item (if any) is not refundable, and the cost of returning your item will be borne by you.
For health and safety reasons, all food related products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
All products that have pre-applied double sided tape is non-refundable and non-returnable after it has been applied.
All products will require original packaging to be eligible for returns or refunds
