Don't know the difference between a 3528 SMD LED and 5050 SMD LED chip?
Here is a simple break down.
All items (excluding light bars) are covered with a limited 60 day returns policy.
All light bars are covered with a limited 12 month warranty.
Any faulty item or product must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
to return a product please email email@example.com with order number and description of the fault. ALL invoices must be presented for refunds, returns or warranty.
The limited warranty will not cover:
- Incorrect use or incorrect installation of an item or product
- Incorrect handling of item or product
- Mistreatment of item or product
Should you require a return on a faulty product, you can return for a replacement or refund in the form of a store credit. Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refund due to change of mind.
Please note the postage on your item (if any) is not refundable, and the cost of
returning your item will be borne by you.
We offer a $8 flat rate shipping Australia wide on orders under $50.
For orders over $50 we offer free shipping Australia wide. For return shipping costs please see Warranty and Returns FAQ section.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for handling prior to shipping. Estimated shipping time frames are as follows.
Metro areas - up to 5 business days
Country areas - up to 8 business days
All other states:
Metro - up to 10 business days
Country areas - 12 business days
10+ business days
With the COVID-19 pandemic in mind, please note that some delivery times may be delayed due to increased online shopping.
Unfortunately, At this stage we do not offer local pick-up, All orders will be shipped direct from one of our three warehouses in NSW.
All of our stock is located and shipped from one of our three warehouses located in NSW.

Parcels that have been returned will not be sent out again until buyer has contacted us at email@example.com to confirm shipping details are correct. Postage costs will be borne by buyer for any orders that are to be re-shipped.
